Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 2 business days. Please note during holiday periods this processing time may be delayed.

If you have received a faulty item we will replace it. Please contact info@frankstationery.com for any issues with your order. Once dispatched your postage cost can not be refunded.

Unsigned Courier Service*: $16
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-8 working days from date of dispatch.

Please note all 2023 Planners are being sent from New Zealand so will take 3-10 working days to arrive. They are being sent via NZ post on an Untracked service.

 

International*:
Untracked International Post with NZ Post: $30
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-10 working days from date of postage.

Tracked International Courier with NZ Post: $42
Estimated Delivery Time: 3-8 working days from date of postage.

When purchasing online the government collects that tax on the way into the country because the seller has not paid them the sales tax because the state of origin is different from the state of destination. Duties are a government charge for importing goods from a foreign place. 

You, as the consumer are responsible for covering the cost. If you are ordering from the UK you will be sent a letter to request payment of the duties and taxes before the goods will be released to you. If you are ordering from the US you will be charged the duties and taxes after you have received the goods in the form of a letter.
