When will my order be posted?
Your order will be posted on the next business day following the date of your order. If possible we will post it on the same day depending on the time of your order. 

If your order is going to be significantly delayed you will be notified by email and given the option of a refund. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card that you made the payment with.

Postage costs vary depending on weight and location of delivery. All postage options and costs will be calculated for you in the 'shipping information' section during checkout.

Postage costs will be calculated based on the location that you are requesting the item to be sent to. There are three postage options for any item that you purchase. You can choose between standard post, tracked parcel post, or to have the item couriered.

If you would like a specific postage method used for your order please contact and we can make an arrangement.

Alternatively your package will be posted as per the price shown in the checkout details. You will know the postage amount before you are required to make a payment. 

Do you post Internationally?

We post internationally. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

Why do I have to pay Customs, Duties & Taxes fees when ordering internationally?

You may be charged duties or custom fees as part of your government policy for your state, region or country. These are payable by you, the consumer, when importing foreign goods. 
When purchasing online the government collects that tax on the way into the country because the seller has not paid them the sales tax because the state of origin is different from the state of destination. Duties are a government charge for importing goods from a foreign place. 
You, as the consumer are responsible for covering the cost.
If you are ordering from the UK you will be sent a letter to request payment of the duties and taxes before the goods will be released to you. If you are ordering from the US you will be charged the duties and taxes after you have received the goods in the form of a letter.

    I want to cancel my order.

    You may only cancel an order if you contact us before you receive the email from us letting you know that your item has been dispatched. You can cancel your order by emailing us at A refund will be made to the credit card that your initial payment was made with.

    My product is faulty.

    If the product is faulty, we will be happy to return it.
    Please email with proof of purchase.
    We will arrange to either repair or replace it for you. 

    I want to return my product.

    Who do we give to?

    All donated stationery will be distributed throughout New Zealand. We do however hope to grow to a size where we have covered the needs in New Zealand children and can begin to distribute stationery products in other countries outside of NZ.

    The stationery that we give away is distributed through giving partners and local community organizations and  schools.
    We work together with those who know the community the best to ensure that we are giving to those who really need it.

    Our main aim is to ensure that children are given the stationery needed to complete their education and to grow creatively, however we will not limit our giving to only children but extend our giving to anyone in real need.
