When will my order be posted?
Your order willl be posted on the next business day following the date of your order. If possible we will attempt to post it on the same day that your order is received.
If your order is going to be significantly delayed you will be notified by email and given the option of a refund. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card that you made the payment with.
How much does postage cost?
Postage costs vary depending on weight and location of delivery. All postage options and costs will be calculated for you in the 'shipping information' section during checkout. Postage costs will be calculated based on the location that you are requesting the item to be sent to.
There are three postage options for any item that you purchase. You can choose between standard post, tracked parcel post, or to have the item courierd.
If you would like a specific postage method used for your order please contact email@example.com and we can make an arrangement. Alternatively your package will be posted as per the price shown in the checkout details. You will know the postage amount before you are required to make a payment.
We do post internationally.
Customs fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Cancelling an order
You may only cancel an order if you contact us before you receive the email from us letting you know that your item has been dispatched.
You can cancel your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund will be made to the credit card that your initial payment was made with.
If the product you received is faulty, please email email@example.com and we will arrange to either repair or replace it for you.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! We accept returns if you have changed your mind as long as the item is returned in unused condition. We also offer a 60 day money back guarantee on any faulty products. FRANK Stationery sources its products from overseas. We attempted to source our products in New Zealand, but the buy-one-give-one model made this difficult. Our goal at FRANK is to provide our products at a price that would allow for the maximum number of sales. Our thinking is: the more we sell the more we can give away.
The work conditions of the factories we source our products from is very important to us. We have independant companies audit the working conditions of any factory we source our products from, to make sure they are fair and legal in accordance with their countries standards.
We would love to have our products NZ made and will keep our eyes open for opportunities to manufactrure our products here if financially viable.
We also have made and will continue to make regular donations to http://www.chinalaborwatch.org/. China labour watch are a non-profot organization that work towards fair work conditions for all in china.
Who will receive the stationery?
The stationery that we give away will be distributed through giving partners and local community organizations and schools. We will work together with those who know the community the best to ensure that we are giving to those who really need it.
Our main aim is to ensure that children are given the stationery needed to complete their education and to grow creatively, however we will not limit our giving to only children but extend our giving to anyone in real need.

We want to make sure that those we give to have the supply of the stationery that they need. We will not give to additional sources until we are sure that can sustain giving to all our current commitments.
What country will the stationery go to?
Initially all the stationery that we give away will be distributed throughout New Zealand. We do however hope to grow to a size where we have covered the needs in New Zealand children and can begin to distribute stationery products in other countries outside of NZ.
What will be given away?
FRANK will be giving away the same items that are purchased. So for every item purchased we will give away an identical item to a person in need. Colours may differ.
Have you given any stationery away?
Yes we have already given away bags and notebooks to a school* in Auckland. In this school approximately half of the students currently have backpacks so the stationery that we gave them was really appreciated.
*We will not be publicly naming the schools and communities that we give to in order to protect their identities.
Do you only sell stationery?
At this stage, we have identified stationery as a major need for New Zealand kids. However we are always looking to expand what we are able to sell and provide for kiwi kids. Keep checking in with us, as we are always working on something new.
What will show up on my credit card?
All payments made to us will show up on your credit card as 'FRANKSTATIO'
Can I shop in different currencies?
Currently you can only shop in New Zealand dollars. Please check again shortly as we will be adding the ability to shop in multiple currencies as soon as possible.
Where did the name come from?
The name FRANK was inspired by two things:
1. Jason's grandfather was called FRANK. He was a keen artist who loved creative things. His family famous signature move was being able to draw a perfect circle free-hand.
2. We like the name FRANK because we feel it represents the up front, straight shooting, honest approach and feel that we want our business to have.
